How to Return
Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt and the items must be in their original unused condition with all tags intact.
If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please add a note INSIDE YOUR PARCEL with the following information: your full name, order date, order number, the product you want to return, the quantity of the products you want to return and the reason why you want to return them.
Without this information we will be unable to process your request.
Please keep the proof of return or tracking number - we'll need this if there are issues with your return.
We are unable to offer returns on earrings, and lingerie or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
Once we have your item, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your request. We'll contact you by email to let you know we have processed your refund.
